A 200+ Sprinter, with TQ:Very Good
http://www.cyclingsimulator.com/?page=Rider%20Profile&id=800324
Todd was signed the other day because I had the money and he was a new arrival on the transfer list and very young. I did not have the money to scout him at the time...and finally remembered to do it today.
Not too bad:
Age: 20 years
Birthday: Day 68
Potential:
CL: Good
DH: None
HL: None
SP: Average
FR: Average
CB: Small
TT: None
TQ: Very good
A 200+ sprinter with a nice arrangement for Leadout-2 tactics. I suspect he will be kept and trained.

wow...well veldkamp from revolutie served me very well in the past, kind of resembles him. traning nationals even though they are only lo quality might not be the most rational decision but still one of the most enjoyable ones. Gl with him.
always nice to have a decent new member of the team... good luck training
Good plan. Good luck...
My plan is simple enough...I will train him as a LO-2 first, so he is useful for 10 seasons or so at the least. If he trains well, he could be a nice captain for High TQ sprints, of which there are enough. I think he may prove to be a useful team member. Similar to Sverker Yttergren, who has SP:Good and FR:Small with TQ:Very Good. Soon, I will have a pair of nice leadouts :)
Great Lead Out 2 for seaman! Good luck training him!
Too bad that VG isn't on SP... If it were then he would be a legit sprint captain if he could manage to max on the high end of the 3 sprint talents. As is he might make a descent lead out, but training lead outs is kind of a waste of money isn't it. Since a lot of captain talents often turn out to only be lead outs. Good luck though...
